If you don't have room in your vehicle, we can get your bulky items delivered to your door. Talk to us in-store to arrange for door-step delivery.

Terms and Conditions

Purchases over $25 are eligible for delivery and incur a $5 delivery fee. We offer same-day delivery for orders made before 2:30 pm. Typically, our deliveries are between 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on weekdays. Your goods will be delivered by a Boylans staff member with care.

Don't want to spend a day putting together an enclosure? We assemble bird cages, kennels and hutches ready for you to collect from our store or for home delivery. However, it may be more convenient to get these items flat packed and receive 5% off our retail price.

Boylans Garden & Pet has a huge range of great quality products, but we are also happy to source anything specialised for your pet or garden. Being an independent store, we have a wide supply chain and will do our best to either supply the exact item or find something very similar. Drop-in and talk to our team any day of the week, we are happy to help.

Pet Orders 

We have a large turnover of pets that go to forever homes and the availability of pets can fluctuate with the breeding seasons, supply and demand. But you can avoid disappointment by placing an order for your next pet in our Pet Order Book and we will call you as soon as your special friend arrives.

Lay-By 

We offer up to eight-week lay-by so you can get the things you want without any stress. 

• Lay-by is available on purchases over $40.00
• A 10% deposit is required
• A $3.00 non-refundable service fee will be charged for each new lay-by
• Lay-bys are available on an eight-week term and must be paid in full
• Lay-bys must be collected by the finalisation date printed on the receipt

Regular fortnightly payments are required and failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the lay-by. If this happens, the customer is entitled to a refund of the amount paid excluding the $3.00 service fee.

A photo ID must be produced if you request a replacement lay-by document, cancel a lay-by or when you finalise and collect a lay-by where no receipt is produced.

Dog Coat/Jacket Fitting 

You may think that you know your dog’s size, however, it can be pretty tricky to get a good fit. The easiest and quickest way is to bring your dog in for a fitting. We have a wide range of styles, colours and cuts to suit most dogs and even alpacas! 

Even if your dog can't make the trip for a fitting, you can bring in accurate measurements of your dog which include: neck girth, chest girth and body length (between the collar and base of the tail) for the perfect coat or jacket.

Aquarium/Pond pH Water Testing 

Testing the water in an aquarium or pond is key to keeping your fish healthy and disease-free. Bring in a water sample and we will test it for you. Our experienced team can also advise you on how best to maintain your aquarium or pond and give you solutions on what to do next in case of high pH levels.
